Business Analyst

We’re looking for several detail-oriented, experienced Business Analysts to ensure adherence to client requirements, project goals, and product integrity.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Working with project management staff to establish and evaluate project requirements
• Analyzing a project’s user-focused business processes
• Authoring and maintaining critical project documentation
• Identifying and solving inefficiencies and weaknesses during the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with team members and communicating requirements and functional scenarios.

Must thrive on teamwork and challenging, fast-paced work environment; must have clearly demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, experience with user interface design, and the ability to quickly learn and effectively apply new technologies and concepts. Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

 

User Interface Developer

Successful User Interface Developer Candidates have:

• Experience with interface implementation (XHTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX)
• Experience working with wire frames and design guidelines
• The ability to turn design comps into optimized, standards compliant web pages
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and the role of UI development
• Desire to thrive in a cross-functional creative team environment
• The ability to quickly learn and effectively apply new interface technologies and concepts
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with XSLT/XML is a plus

 

.NET Software Developer

We're looking to add a web developer to our software development group to expand the capabilities of our platforms and deploy them for our clients. You'll work in a development team where flexibility, creativity, and continuous learning form the modus operandi.

Successful Web Developer Candidates have:

• 3–5+ years experience with Microsoft web technologies, including ASP.NET, VB.NET, and MS SQL Server
• 3–5+ years experience in SQL database programming
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in Object Oriented and N-tier architecture design principles
• Interface implementation (HTML/DHTML/CSS/AJAX)
• Desire to thrive in a creative team environment
• The ability to quickly learn and effectively apply new technologies and concepts
• 4-year computer science degree or equivalent experience
