That’s the basic premise behind the concept of establishing a community of practice, which provides an organized way for people who are in the same role or who want to learn together to form around their shared goals.
In that spirit, various Silverchairians meet on a sprintly basis as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. In addition to sharing insights with others in the same role, these sessions seek to cross-pollinate ideas with other communities with the same function. The goals of these meetings are geared toward helping all teams work efficiently, achieve goals, and have some fun along the way.
