Code Ocean is a cloud-based executable repository and computational reproducibility platform allowing researchers to discover, collaborate, and execute code. For the first time ever, researchers can upload and link working code in a computational environment with their associated article. That code can be then accessed, shared, and executed by anyone reading the article from a web browser. Code Ocean will mint a DOI to the compute capsule, allowing for proper citation the correct attribution and linkage to the article of record.
